Our Company has Five (5) Directors consisting of One (1) Executive Directors, Two (2) Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Two (2) Independent Directors.
Mr. Jignesh Thobhani aged 46 years, is the Managing Director & CFO of our company. He has done Diploma in Pharmacy from B.K. Modi Government Pharmacy College, Saurashtra University, Rajkot. He has experience of more than 25 years in the family business of equities, commodities and Real estate investment and consulting. His contribution would immensely benefit the company.
Ms. Himani Bhootra aged 30 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She is an associate member of ICSI and holds B.com, |M.com and LLB from JNVU, Jodhpur.
Mr. Keshav Rathi aged 31 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a Practicing Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has completed diploma course in financial management from International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany. He also holds Bachelor’s in Law degree from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. He has completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sikkim Manipal University. He has more than six years of experience in the financial, legal and secretarial areas and advising the companies on the corporate restructuring transactions.
Mr. Manish Tarachand Pande aged 35 years is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a B.com degree awarded by Nagpur University and is an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 6 years of experience in the field of compliance, legal and secretarial. He is currently the Company Secretary of Fortune Biotech Ltd.
Mr. Jayesh Merchant aged 53 years is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our company. He has around 24 Years experience in the field of Compliance, Secretarial and Regulatory Affairs.
