Mr. Kishore D Patel, aged 54 years, is the Managing Director of our company. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has around 3.5 decades of rich and vast experience in the field of Construction as Builder & Developer and has completed more than 100 projects and delivered around 5,000 homes in the city of Mumbai. He is one of founding member of “DKP Group” which is in the business of Real Estate & Construction. Under his supervision the Company has ventured into EPC Segment and bagged the works contract with DKP Designers and Creators Private Limited. He looks after the day-to-day function of our Company.
Mr. Nityanand N Tirlotkar, aged 45 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our company. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has around 2.45 decades of rich and vast experience in the field of Construction as Builder & Developer and He looks after the day-to-day function of our Company.
Mr. Devendra R Trivdei, aged 42 years, is the Project Incharge of our company. He holds Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has around 2.15 decades of rich and vast experience in this field.
Mr. Jayesh Merchant, is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our company. He has around 24 Years experience in the field of Compliance, Secretarial and Regulatory Affairs.
